You don&#039;t actually fry it,  Just brown the chicken a little.  It cooks very fast, within 2-3 minutes.  And it&#039;s tasty already, due to the olive oil and the basil.</description>

		<description>Yum! This post made me droll lol, I haven&#039;t eaten breakfast and dinner haha..and apple for dinner haha! On my self-made diet program lolz as much as possible I prefer grilled meats but this is also good since it uses olive oil for frying.</description>
