There’s nothing more amazing than seeing old-time favorites presented in a new way. That’s the reason why I got so amused and took a picture (and had a taste too!) of this seemingly regular halo-halo served in a coconut, au naturel.
What I also love about this dessert is the big chunks of coconut white meat that’s not usually found in the regular halo-halo. One could also put a scoop or two of ice cream to make it richer. But for me, I’m fine with the buko and halo-halo.
My rating:
Buko ni Frutas can be found in most fast food courts, but the one I visited was in SM North.

i lve this food stall too, together with fruitas…. better shakes than big chill

I’m sorry but I’m not in any way affiliated with the company handling Buko ni Fruitas. This is simply a food blog, not a company site, obviously.
Great post. YOu make it seem so easy to share your experiences. I wish I could do as well in sharing on my blog. I just got it started and sometimes feel stuck on what to share or if it is the right thing to share. what to do?
Hi Sir.
we’ve seen your menu board for dessert which features your crispy halo-halo. Actually it boosted my interest because it is a perfect element for our group’s docu. featuring halo-halo.
Can you share with us the place where we can find this fried halo-halo? we are in urgent need. We hope to have your immediate response regarding this matter. Thanks.^^
Mukhang ang sarap naman nito, hindi tinipid sa ingredients, yung natikman ko sa Jo’s Inato hindi masarap eh.
