This is a salmon sashimi I ordered at Smairu, a Japanese fast food found at TriNoma mall. It’s so lovely that I don’t want to eat it, unless I’ve taken its photo. And for someone who’s totally into sushis and sashimis, that’s a hard thing to do. Hehe. Nothing really extraordinary about the taste, but I love the presentation. Sometimes, image can be everything.
