You know what this means, of course (unless you’re someone living under a rock or fresh from a zombie apocalypse or something). IT’S STARBUCKS PLANNER SEASON! After seventeen stickers, I’d get my new planner again! Yey!
I’m very much excited to be reunited with my favorite Starbucks Holiday drinks like Praline Mocha and Peppermint Mocha. I like them both iced and hot, depending upon the weather and my mood.
But, of course, there are also some new additions to the pastry lineup. I’m not so sure, though, if these are holiday cakes. But they’re new to me: Almond Roca cheesecake and Cookie Dough cheesecake.
Due to limited budget, I was only able to try Cookie Dough cheesecake. I love that the cookies are chewy and soft, just the way I like it. However, I find the cheesecake a bit too sweet for my taste. This ain’t going too well with my Praline Mocha, which is already sweet. I think the cheesecake would go better with a hot cappuccino instead. Next time, I’ll try the Almond Roca cheesecake.
